1.Do not Share or Swap Your Eye Makeup
2.Misuse and old cosmetics can harbor dangerous bacteria and fungi.Keep it Clean.
3.You may be tempted to apply your makeup while riding in a car, bus, or other type of transportation, but avoid this temptation. A small bump in the road, swerve, or sudden stop can cause you to poke your eye and cause serious damage and/or infection
4.What are the Ingredients?The labeling of cosmetics is vital to the consumer. The labeling helps to identify ingredients so the consumer can compare brands or if there are ingredients that you wish to avoid.
5. Replace cosmetics every six months (more often if you wear contact lenses) to avoid excess contamination with skin bacteria.
6. Never use an old applicator in a fresh cosmetic product. The applicator will transfer bacteria to the new cosmetic.
7. After any eye infection, such as conjunctivitis, buy fresh eye makeup.
8. Even though eye makeup removers are designed for use around the eye, they can irritate the eye. Apply them carefully to the eyelid and avoid getting them in your eye.
